Meet the Planner

Cynthia Stauffer is a Certified Finanical Planner professional (CFP®), and an EA (Enrolled Agents, tax professional admitted by the U.S. Department of Treasury).  With 20 years experience in the financial services industry, she is the CFP® practitioner of Wisemoney Solutions, an independent financial planning practice located in Claremont, California.  Prior to lunch her financial planning practice in 1997, she has served various positions in banking, mortgage and a major tax preparation firm.  She holds a MBA from Emporia State Univeristy in Kansas.

Cynthia focuses on  financial planning, taxation, investments and retirement planning for baby-boomers, pre-and-post retirees, and small businesses. She has experience in the inheritance, estate/gift/trust taxation and wealth distribution estate planning areas for families.

She understands the concerns that many clients have about their unique financial situations and needs.  She combines prudent investment strategies with tax planning guidance to provide a comprehensive approach to help meet client's goals.

Her client commitment is to provide prudent and sound financial advice to help them " invest wisely, tax efficiently and retire comfortably."

Cynthia is an active longterm member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), National Association of Estate Planner Councils (NAEPC), and California Society of Enrolled Agents (CSEA).  She also involves in various community-based organizations such as Junior Achievements (JA) or community colleges to teach financial literacy program for age appropriated groups.
